Moore Kuzhambu (Curd Sambar)

Ingredients:

Curd                   -  1  cups
Lady's finger       -  5 nos
Grated coconut  -  1 table spoons 
Thoor dal          -  1 1/2 tea spoon
Bengal gram dal  -  1 1/2 tea spoon
Jeera                  -  1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds -  1 tea spoon
Methi seeds       -  1 tea spoon
Green chillies      -  2 nos
Mustard seeds    -  1 table spoons
Curry leaves       -  2 arcs
Coriander leaves 
Asafoitida           -  1 pinch
Turmeric powder-  1 pinch
salt to taste
cooking oil          -  1 table spoon

1.  Soak bengal gram dal and thoor dal for 1/2 hour.
2.  Cut the lady's fingers into 1 inch long pieces.
3.  Heat a kadai and fry coriander seeds and methi without oil.
4.  Heat oil in a kadai add the cupt lady's fingers to it and fry till its edges turns brown.
5.  Now grind together grated coconut, fried coriander seeds, methi, jeera, green chillies and soaked dals together.
6.  Add ground paste to the fried lady's fingers and bring it to boil.
7.  Once the vegetable is boiled add 1 cup of water and the curd.
8.  Bring it to boil.  While it is about to boil remove it from stove.
9.  Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and once it crackels add the curry leaves.
10.Add it to the moore kozhambu and garnish with chopped coriander.
11.Moore Kuzhambu ready.
