Orange peel Sambar

Ingredients:

Orange peels           -  From 2 oranges
Green chillies           -  2 nos
Tamarind                 -  1 small lemon sized
Sambar powder      -  1 table spoon
Asafoitida               - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds        -  1 table spoon
Fenugreek seeds     -  1 tea spoon
Red chili                  -  1 nos
Curry leaves           -  few leaves
Cooking oil             -  1 table spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Wash the orange peels and cut it into small piecses.
2.  Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard, finely chopped red chiliand fenu greek.
3.  Once the mustard crackles add the chopped green chilles, orange peel and curry leaves.
4.  Take a cup of tamarind juice.
5.  Orange peel will give out a nice fragrance, then add the sambar powder.
6.  Stir it for 1 min and then add the tamarind juice, salt and asafoitida.
7.  Once it boils and becomes thick remove from heat.
8.  Orange peel sambar ready.
